- Coordinate weekend staffing assignments for 50+ clients across Dallas-Fort Worth
- Screen, interview, and place candidates in healthcare, hospitality, and warehouse roles
- Manage candidate onboarding and compliance documentation
- Build relationships with weekend workers and client partners
- Optimize scheduling using ATS platforms to ensure 98% fill rate
- Resolve staffing issues proactively with 24/7 support rotation
- Analyze weekend labor trends to improve placement efficiency
Qualifications
- 3+ years in staffing/recruitment with weekend shift experience
- Proficient in applicant tracking systems (Greenhouse, Bullhorn)
- Texas staffing license or willingness to obtain immediately
- Exceptional communication and conflict resolution skills
- Ability to work independently during high-pressure weekend deployments
- Knowledge of Dallas labor market and weekend workforce demographics
- Strong organizational skills managing 50+ concurrent assignments
- Valid driver's license with reliable transportation
