Responsibilities
- Coordinate weekend staffing operations across multiple industries including healthcare, hospitality, and logistics
- Screen and place qualified candidates in weekend shift positions with 24-hour turnaround efficiency
- Manage candidate onboarding processes including background checks and documentation
- Build and maintain relationships with weekend-focused clients and candidates
- Optimize weekend shift coverage using advanced staffing software and analytics
- Conduct virtual/in-person interviews and skills assessments during weekend hours
- Implement retention strategies for weekend staff through engagement programs
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years staffing/recruitment experience with weekend shift specialization
- Proven track record in high-volume candidate placement and retention
- Expertise in Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and workforce management software
- Exceptional communication skills with ability to negotiate complex placements
- Valid New Mexico staffing/recruiting certification preferred
- Strong analytical skills for workforce trend identification and forecasting
- Flexibility to work weekends with occasional holiday coverage
- Bi-lingual (English/Spanish) proficiency strongly preferred
