- Coordinate job assignments and schedules for weekend shift workers

- Manage candidate database and applicant tracking system updates
- Conduct onboarding sessions for weekend placements
- Resolve staffing issues and provide weekend client support
Qualifications
- 2+ years of staffing/recruitment experience with weekend shift focus
- Strong knowledge of Houston's job market and industry sectors
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in applicant tracking systems (ATS) and HR software
- Ability to work independently and make quick decisions
- Valid Texas driver's license and reliable transportation
- Bilingual in English/Spanish preferred
