Responsibilities
- Coordinate weekend staffing assignments across 15+ client locations
- Screen and place qualified candidates for temporary and part-time roles
- Manage real-time staffing adjustments via digital platforms
- Conduct onboarding sessions for weekend-shift employees
- Resolve staffing emergencies with 24/7 on-call rotation
- Generate weekly workforce analytics reports for clients
- Maintain compliance with Colorado labor regulations
Qualifications
- 2+ years in staffing/recruitment or related field
- Strong knowledge of Colorado Springs labor market
- Proven emergency staffing resolution experience
- Proficiency in applicant tracking systems (ATS)
- Valid Colorado driver's license with clean record
- Ability to work Saturdays/Sundays 6 AM - 6 PM
- Certified Staffing Professional (CSP) preferred
