Responsibilities
- Conduct Weekend Recruitment: Screen, interview, and assess candidates for various temporary and permanent positions specifically for weekend shifts (Friday through Sunday).
- Client Coordination: Communicate regularly with hiring managers to understand weekend staffing needs and ensure 100% coverage for client operations.
- Onboarding & Compliance: Coordinate the onboarding process for new hires, including background checks, drug testing, and I-9 verification.
- Applicant Tracking: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in our Applicant Tracking System (ATS) for all weekend candidates.
- Market Analysis: Research local job market trends in Cleveland to identify new talent pools and recruitment strategies.
- Client Relations: Build strong relationships with clients to ensure high satisfaction and repeat business for weekend staffing services.
Qualifications
- Education: High school diploma or GED required; Associate’s degree in Human Resources or Business preferred.
- Experience: Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in recruitment, staffing, or customer service.
- Availability: Must be available to work Friday, Saturday, and Sunday on a recurring basis.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to interact professionally with diverse candidates.
- Organization: Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize a high volume of applicants.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with HRIS or ATS software (e.g., Greenhouse, Workday) is a plus.
- Problem Solving: Ability to think on your feet and resolve scheduling conflicts or staffing shortages efficiently.
