Responsibilities
- Coordinate weekend staffing assignments for 15+ corporate clients
- Screen and onboard temporary candidates via virtual interviews
- Resolve urgent staffing issues with 24/7 on-call rotation
- Maintain compliance with state labor regulations and safety protocols
- Generate weekly performance analytics for client reporting
- Train weekend staff on specialized industry requirements
Qualifications
- 3+ years staffing or HR coordination experience
- Weekend availability required (Sat/Sun 6AM-10PM)
- Texas Workforce Commission certification preferred
- Advanced knowledge of applicant tracking systems
- Exceptional conflict resolution skills
- Valid Texas driver's license with clean record
- Bilingual English/Spanish highly desirable
