Responsibilities
- Source and pre-screen qualified candidates through multiple channels including LinkedIn, job boards, and networking events
- Build and maintain strong client relationships with 25+ key industry partners in El Paso
- Conduct in-depth interviews and skill assessments to ensure perfect candidate-employer matches
- Manage full-cycle recruitment process from job requisition to placement
- Develop innovative recruitment strategies to address niche talent shortages
- Maintain accurate candidate databases and ATS reporting
- Collaborate with marketing team to create compelling job advertisements
Qualifications
- 3+ years of full-cycle recruitment/staffing agency experience
- Proven track record of meeting/exceeding KPIs in high-volume environments
- Expert knowledge of El Paso's talent landscape and local industries
- Exceptional communication and negotiation skills
- Proficiency in Applicant Tracking Systems (e.g., Bullhorn, Workday)
- SHRM-SCP or CERS certification preferred
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field
