As a key member of our talent acquisition team, you'll build relationships with Fortune 500 clients while shaping Detroit's workforce landscape. This hybrid role combines strategic sourcing with hands-on candidate management in a fast-paced, growth-oriented environment.
Responsibilities
- Full-cycle recruitment for IT, engineering, and executive roles at Detroit-based companies
- Develop and execute targeted sourcing strategies using LinkedIn, Boolean search, and industry networks
- Manage client relationships to understand hiring needs and position requirements
- Conduct behavioral interviews and technical assessments for technical candidates
- Lead recruitment marketing campaigns including job postings and employer branding
- Maintain ATS compliance and generate weekly performance analytics
- Mentor junior recruiters on best practices and compliance standards
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in HR, Business, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- 5+ years in technical recruitment with agency or corporate experience
- Proven track record of closing 50+ placements annually
- Expertise in ATS platforms (Greenhouse, Workday) and recruitment tools
- Strong understanding of Detroit's tech and manufacturing sectors
- SPHR or SHRM-SCP certification preferred
- Exceptional negotiation and stakeholder management skills
