Responsibilities
- Source, screen, and interview qualified candidates for diverse industry roles including healthcare, IT, finance, and administrative positions
- Build and maintain robust candidate pipelines through proactive sourcing strategies and networking
- Conduct thorough client consultations to understand staffing needs and develop tailored recruitment solutions
- Manage full-cycle recruitment processes including job postings, interviews, and offer negotiations
- Utilize applicant tracking systems (ATS) and CRM tools to track recruitment metrics and optimize workflows
- Collaborate with hiring managers to ensure alignment between candidate qualifications and client requirements
- Stay current with Florida labor laws and industry recruitment best practices
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- Minimum 3 years of full-cycle recruitment experience in a staffing agency or corporate environment
- Proven expertise in sourcing passive candidates through LinkedIn, job boards, and networking events
- Strong interviewing and assessment skills with ability to evaluate cultural fit and technical competencies
- Experience with applicant tracking systems (e.g., Greenhouse, Workday, Bullhorn)
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building abilities
- Results-driven mindset with demonstrated success in meeting recruitment KPIs
- Valid Florida driver's license and reliable transportation for client meetings
