Responsibilities
- Source and recruit qualified candidates for diverse industries including healthcare, IT, and manufacturing
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with corporate clients to understand staffing needs
- Conduct candidate interviews and assessments to ensure perfect-fit placements
- Manage full recruitment lifecycle from sourcing to onboarding and follow-up
- Utilize CRM systems to track candidate pipelines and performance metrics
- Collaborate with marketing team to develop innovative recruitment strategies
- Stay updated on Fort Worth market trends and compensation benchmarks
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field
- 3+ years of recruitment/staffing experience with proven track record
- Strong proficiency in applicant tracking systems (e.g., Bullhorn, Workday)
- Exceptional interpersonal and negotiation skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Valid Texas driver's license and reliable transportation for client meetings
- SHRM-SCP or CPC certification preferred
