Responsibilities
- Source and engage passive candidates through advanced LinkedIn Recruiter and Boolean search techniques
- Manage full-cycle recruitment for software engineering roles (full-stack, mobile, DevOps)
- Develop strategic hiring plans with clients including compensation benchmarks and market analysis
- Lead technical interview panels and provide actionable feedback to hiring managers
- Optimize recruitment funnel metrics (time-to-fill, source effectiveness, offer acceptance)
- Build and maintain a diverse pipeline of top-tier engineering talent
- Leverage ATS systems (Greenhouse preferred) to ensure data-driven decision making
Qualifications
- 5+ years technical recruiting experience with a focus on software engineering roles
- Proven track record placing candidates at scale (50+ placements annually)
- Deep understanding of Denver's tech ecosystem and startup landscape
- Expert knowledge of technical interviews, whiteboard sessions, and take-home projects
- Strong negotiation skills and offer management experience
- Google Analytics or ATS reporting proficiency
- SHRM-SCP or CTS certification preferred
