Responsibilities
- Source and engage top-tier candidates across multiple industries using advanced recruitment strategies
- Manage full-cycle recruitment including screening, interviewing, and offer negotiations
- Develop and maintain strong client relationships to understand hiring needs
- Leverage our proprietary ATS to track candidate pipelines and optimize hiring metrics
- Lead recruitment marketing campaigns across digital platforms and professional networks
- Mentor junior recruiters and contribute to process improvement initiatives
- Analyze market trends to provide strategic hiring insights to clients
Qualifications
- 5+ years of full-cycle recruitment experience in agency or corporate settings
- Proven success in placing candidates in healthcare, IT, or financial services roles
- Expert knowledge of Fresno's talent market and professional networks
- Advanced proficiency in applicant tracking systems (e.g., Greenhouse, Workday)
- Certified Staffing Professional (CSP) or SHRM-CP preferred
- Exceptional communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
- Data-driven mindset with ability to analyze recruitment metrics
- Valid California driver's license with reliable transportation for client meetings
