Responsibilities
- Manage and coordinate the weekend staffing schedules for our local client base, ensuring 100% coverage.
- Screen, interview, and select qualified candidates for temporary positions on Saturdays and Sundays.
- Conduct onboarding orientations for new temporary staff, verifying paperwork and explaining company policies.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate databases using our Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
- Communicate effectively with clients regarding staffing needs, availability, and performance feedback.
- Handle payroll inquiries and time-clock issues for weekend associates.
- Collaborate with the full-time team to ensure seamless transitions between weekend and weekday operations.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in staffing, recruiting, or human resources is highly preferred.
- Must be available to work Saturdays and Sundays (12-hour shifts preferred).
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and ATS software (e.g., Greenhouse, Workday).
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with a professional demeanor.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced office environment.
- High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate’s degree in HR or Business is a plus.
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation (required for occasional client site visits).
