Responsibilities
- Execute daily warehouse operations including picking, packing, and shipping orders accurately and efficiently.
- Conduct inventory checks and maintain accurate stock levels to ensure operational continuity.
- Operate material handling equipment (e.g., forklifts, pallet jacks) safely and in compliance with safety protocols.
- Collaborate with the staffing team to ensure smooth onboarding and workflow management.
- Adhere to strict quality control standards and company policies.
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace to ensure safety and efficiency.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent preferred.
- Previous experience in logistics, warehousing, or staffing is a plus but not required.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
- Valid Texas ID or Driver's License.
- Reliable transportation to the Houston facility.
