Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive phone and in-person screenings of candidates for various staffing roles.
- Manage the full recruitment cycle, including resume review, interview scheduling, and offer letters.
- Collaborate with account managers to understand client needs and match them with qualified candidates.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate data within our Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
- Assist in organizing and staffing weekend recruitment events and job fairs in Denver.
- Provide exceptional customer service to both clients and job seekers.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in staffing, recruiting, or human resources is preferred.
- Must be available to work Saturday and Sunday on a consistent weekly basis.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a professional demeanor.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with ATS software (e.g., Greenhouse, Lever) is a plus.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- High school diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor’s degree in HR or Business is a plus.
