Responsibilities
- Conduct on-site and virtual interviews for hourly and temp-to-perm positions.
- Screen and assess candidate qualifications to ensure a perfect match for client needs.
- Manage and update job orders for our diverse client base in the Baltimore area.
- Coordinate temporary placements and ensure onboarding compliance.
- Build a strong network of local talent through weekend outreach events.
- Process payroll and timesheets accurately for temporary workers.
- Maintain a professional and welcoming environment for candidates and clients.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED required.
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in staffing, recruiting, or customer service preferred.
- Must be available to work Saturdays and Sundays on a recurring basis.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS).
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation are preferred.
