Responsibilities
- Conduct thorough screening and interviews of potential candidates for weekend roles.
- Coordinate interview schedules between candidates and hiring managers.
- Manage and update candidate data in our Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
- Build a strong talent pipeline for various staffing needs.
- Assist in onboarding and orientation for new hires.
- Provide exceptional customer service to both clients and applicants.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required.
- Previous experience in recruitment, staffing, or administrative support is preferred but not required.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Must be available to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday).
- Proficient in using computers and office software (Google Suite, Microsoft Office).
- Reliable transportation is a must.
