Responsibilities
- Recruit, screen, and interview candidates for weekend-specific roles across various industries.
- Manage and optimize shift schedules to ensure 100% coverage for client locations.
- Conduct onboarding sessions and orientation for new weekend hires.
- Build and maintain strong, professional relationships with client managers and candidates.
- Handle payroll inquiries and time-tracking for temporary weekend staff.
- Identify staffing gaps and proactively propose solutions to clients.
- Assist in the administration of background checks and drug screenings.
Qualifications
- 1-3 years of experience in staffing, human resources, or client services.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a focus on client satisfaction.
- Ability to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday) consistently.
- Proficiency in MS Office and applicant tracking systems (ATS).
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
- High school diploma or GED required.
