Responsibilities
- Sourcing Candidates: Utilize job boards and social media to identify and attract potential talent for weekend positions.
- Screening & Interviewing: Conduct thorough phone and in-person interviews to assess candidate skills and cultural fit.
- Placement Services: Match qualified candidates with client job openings in Charlotte and surrounding areas.
- Admin Management: Maintain accurate candidate records in the applicant tracking system (ATS) and manage onboarding paperwork.
- Client Communication: Liaise with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and provide regular updates.
- Compliance: Ensure all hiring practices adhere to local labor laws and company policies.
Qualifications
- Availability: Must be available to work Saturdays and Sundays.
- Experience: Previous experience in staffing, recruiting, or human resources is preferred.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Tech-Savvy: Proficiency with CRM software and basic computer skills.
- Reliability: A proven track record of punctuality and dependability.
