Responsibilities
- Screen and Interview Candidates: Conduct initial phone and in-person screenings to assess skills, experience, and cultural fit for open positions.
- Job Order Management: Collaborate with branch managers to understand client needs and define ideal candidate profiles.
- Schedule Interviews: Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and clients efficiently during the weekend shift.
- Market Research: Actively source talent through various channels including job boards, social media, and networking events.
- Placement & Onboarding: Facilitate the onboarding process for temporary and permanent placements, ensuring a smooth transition.
- Client Communication: Maintain regular communication with clients to update them on candidate status and market trends.
- Data Entry: Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate and client records in our Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
Qualifications
- Experience: Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in recruitment, staffing, or human resources.
- Availability: Must be available to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday).
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a professional demeanor.
- Organization: Strong organizational skills and the ability to prioritize multiple tasks effectively.
- Technical Proficiency: Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) is preferred.
- License: Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation required.
- Education: High school diploma or GED required; Bachelor’s degree in HR or Business is a plus.
