Responsibilities
- Sourcing & Screening: Utilize social media and job boards to identify qualified candidates for temporary and permanent roles.
- Interviewing: Conduct initial phone and on-site interviews to assess candidate skills and cultural fit.
- Placement Management: Coordinate onboarding for weekend shifts and ensure all staffing requirements are met.
- Administrative Support: Maintain accurate candidate records in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) and manage payroll documentation.
- Client Relations: Communicate effectively with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and provide timely updates.
Qualifications
- Experience: Minimum 1-2 years of experience in recruitment, staffing, or human resources.
- Schedule: Must be available to work Saturdays and Sundays consistently.
- Skills: Proficiency with ATS software (Greenhouse, Lever, etc.) and MS Office Suite.
- Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with a professional demeanor.
- Flexibility: Ability to adapt to changing priorities and high-volume environments.
