Responsibilities
- Screen and Interview: Conduct initial phone and video screenings for high-volume weekend positions.
- Source Candidates: Utilize social media and job boards to identify and attract passive talent.
- Client Coordination: Communicate effectively with hiring managers to understand weekend requirements.
- Placement & Onboarding: Facilitate the interview process and assist candidates with onboarding paperwork.
- Database Management: Maintain accurate candidate records in our Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
Qualifications
- Experience: 1+ years of experience in staffing, recruiting, or sales.
- Availability: Must be available to work weekends (Saturday & Sunday).
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- CRM Proficiency: Familiarity with recruiting software (ATS) is preferred.
- Work Ethic: Self-motivated with the ability to work independently.
