Responsibilities
- Source, screen, and interview candidates for weekend staffing positions across various industries.
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including job posting, scheduling, and offer negotiation.
- Build and maintain a robust pipeline of qualified candidates for immediate weekend shifts.
- Conduct market research to identify top talent and emerging industry trends.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand specific weekend shift requirements and company culture.
- Ensure a high level of candidate satisfaction throughout the hiring process.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in staffing, recruiting, or human resources.
- Proven ability to work independently and meet targets in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Flexibility to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday) consistently.
- Proficiency with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and social media recruiting platforms.
- High school diploma or GED required; Bachelor’s degree in HR or Business preferred.
