Responsibilities
- Provide Tier 2-3 technical support for Windows/macOS systems and network infrastructure
- Execute weekend system patching, updates, and security protocols
- Manage user accounts and access controls following government compliance standards
- Troubleshoot complex hardware/software issues with remote and on-site support
- Document all incidents, resolutions, and system changes in ITSM platforms
- Collaborate with on-call engineers for emergency escalations
Qualifications
- 3+ years of enterprise IT support experience with weekend/holiday availability
- CompTIA Security+ or equivalent cybersecurity certification required
- Expertise in Active Directory, Azure AD, and enterprise networking
- Familiarity with FedRAMP compliance standards and NIST frameworks
- Strong scripting skills (PowerShell/Bash) for automation
- Ability to obtain Public Trust clearance (sponsorship available)
