Responsibilities
- Provide remote and on-site technical support for hardware/software issues
- Install, configure, and troubleshoot Windows/macOS systems
- Manage network infrastructure including routers, switches, and firewalls
- Document technical procedures and maintain asset inventory
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve escalated issues
- Conduct system updates and security patch deployments
- Deliver exceptional customer service via phone, email, and chat
Qualifications
- 3+ years of IT support experience with weekend availability
- CompTIA A+/Network+ certification or equivalent
- Proficiency in Active Directory, Office 365, and cloud platforms
- Strong troubleshooting skills for network connectivity issues
- Ability to lift 30lbs and work in standing/walking positions
- Valid California driver's license for occasional on-site visits
- Experience with ticketing systems (ServiceNow/Jira preferred)
