  • Tier 1 & 2 Support: Provide exceptional technical assistance and troubleshooting for hardware, software, and network issues to onsite personnel.

  • Asset Management: Track IT inventory, manage equipment distribution, and conduct regular audits of hardware assets.
  • Network Troubleshooting: Diagnose and resolve connectivity issues, ensuring seamless communication across the local network.
  • User Training: Assist new hires with onboarding technical processes and provide guidance on best practices for IT security and usage.
  • Incident Reporting: Document all technical issues, resolutions, and system changes in the ticketing system accurately.

Qualifications

  • Experience: Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in IT support, help desk, or technical support roles.
  • Availability: Must be available to work Saturdays and Sundays on a weekly basis.
  • Certifications: CompTIA A+ or Network+ certification is highly preferred.
