Responsibilities
- Conduct high-volume sourcing and screening of candidates for weekend-shift roles.
- Manage candidate pipelines via our advanced Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
- Coordinate weekend interviews and orientation sessions with hiring managers.
- Ensure strict adherence to compliance and background check protocols.
- Build lasting relationships with both clients and candidates in the Columbus area.
- Provide exceptional customer service during peak weekend hiring periods.
Qualifications
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in staffing, recruitment, or human resources.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday) and occasional holidays.
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite and HR software.
- High school diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor’s degree preferred.
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
