Responsibilities
- Sourcing & Screening: Actively source candidates on weekend shifts and conduct thorough phone and video interviews to assess qualifications.
- ATS Management: Accurately update and maintain candidate profiles in our Applicant Tracking System (ATS) to ensure data integrity.
- Client Collaboration: Coordinate with branch managers and clients to understand immediate staffing needs for the upcoming week.
- Customer Service: Provide exceptional communication to both hiring managers and job seekers, ensuring a positive candidate experience.
- Administrative Support: Assist in preparing employment offers, background check verifications, and onboarding paperwork.
- Market Analysis: Research local market trends to identify talent pools for specialized roles.
Qualifications
- Education: High school diploma or GED required; Associate’s degree in Human Resources or Business preferred.
- Experience: Previous experience in staffing, recruiting, or customer service is a plus but not mandatory.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and experience using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) is highly desirable.
- Reliability: Must have reliable transportation to commute to the office on weekends.
- Communication: Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate clearly and professionally.
- Schedule: Must be available to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday) consistently.
