Responsibilities
- Deliver Tier 2/3 technical support for enterprise hardware/software systems during weekend shifts
- Monitor and maintain network infrastructure including VPNs, firewalls, and cloud services
- Resolve critical system outages with SLA adherence (4-hour resolution target)
- Document incidents, changes, and knowledge base articles in ServiceNow
- Collaborate with weekday teams via handover protocols for seamless continuity
- Conduct weekend system patches and security updates per compliance requirements
Qualifications
- 3+ years of enterprise IT support experience with Windows/Linux environments
- CompTIA Security+ or equivalent certification (required)
- Expertise in AWS/Azure cloud services and network troubleshooting
- Strong incident management experience with ITSM tools (ServiceNow preferred)
- Availability for all weekend shifts (6 AM - 6 PM PST)
- Valid California driver's license for occasional client site visits
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
