Responsibilities
- Extract, clean, and transform large datasets using SQL and Python to ensure high data quality.
- Develop and maintain complex data models and dashboards (Tableau/PowerBI) for executive reporting.
- Collaborate with product and engineering teams to identify key performance indicators (KPIs) and trends.
- Perform ad-hoc analysis to support urgent business decisions during the weekend surge.
- Document data processes and ensure compliance with data governance standards.
- Present findings and insights to stakeholders in a clear, concise, and persuasive manner.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in data analysis, reporting, or business intelligence.
- Strong proficiency in SQL, Python, and visualization tools (Tableau, PowerBI, or Looker).
- Bachelor’s degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Must be available to work weekend shifts (Saturday and Sunday) on a rotating basis.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently in a contract setting with minimal supervision.
