Responsibilities
- Provide Tier 2/3 technical support for hardware, software, and network systems
- Resolve complex IT issues across Windows/macOS environments
- Execute server maintenance and security patching during off-peak hours
- Document incidents and solutions using ServiceNow platform
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams on weekend deployment projects
- Conduct user training for specialized software applications
- Monitor system performance and proactively address vulnerabilities
Qualifications
- 3+ years of progressive IT support experience
- CompTIA Network+ or equivalent certification required
- Expertise in Active Directory, Azure AD, and cloud migrations
- Strong troubleshooting skills for enterprise infrastructure
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Excellent communication skills for technical/non-technical audiences
- Weekend availability (Saturday/Sunday 8AM-6PM)
- Valid Washington State driver's license for occasional on-site visits
