Responsibilities
- Provide Tier 2/3 technical support to internal stakeholders via phone and remote access.
- Monitor and troubleshoot network infrastructure, servers, and workstations during weekend shifts.
- Manage and resolve help desk tickets with a focus on rapid response times and customer satisfaction.
- Perform scheduled system maintenance, patch management, and security updates.
- Conduct hardware inventory audits and manage asset disposition.
- Collaborate with the on-call team to ensure seamless handovers and operational continuity.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in IT support or systems administration.
- Strong proficiency in Windows and Linux operating systems.
- Experience with network troubleshooting (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP) and hardware repair.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently.
- Must be available to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday) for the duration of the contract.
- Relevant certifications (CompTIA A+, Network+, CCNA) are a plus.
