Responsibilities
- Provide Tier 2/3 technical support for Windows/macOS systems, network infrastructure, and cloud applications
- Monitor and maintain server operations during weekend shifts, ensuring 99.9% uptime
- Diagnose and resolve hardware/software issues via remote access and on-site support
- Document all incidents, resolutions, and system changes in ServiceNow
- Collaborate with weekday IT teams to implement security patches and system updates
- Support weekend user training sessions for new software deployments
- Manage asset inventory and lifecycle for weekend-deployed equipment
Qualifications
- 3+ years of IT support experience with weekend shift availability
- Expert knowledge of Active Directory, Azure AD, and VPN technologies
- CompTIA Network+ or equivalent networking certification required
- Experience with ServiceNow, Jira, or similar ticketing systems
- Strong troubleshooting skills for enterprise-level hardware (servers, switches, storage)
- Ability to work independently and make critical decisions during off-hours
- New York City residency preferred for on-site support requirements
