Responsibilities
- Execute comprehensive regression testing suites over the weekend to identify critical bugs and security vulnerabilities before the Monday release cycle.
- Monitor system performance metrics and troubleshoot any anomalies in real-time to ensure 99.9% uptime.
- Document defects and communicate technical findings clearly with the development team via JIRA and Slack.
- Perform load testing and stress testing to validate system scalability under heavy traffic conditions.
- Maintain strict adherence to security protocols and data privacy regulations (GDPR/CCPA).
- Collaborate with the on-call operations team to resolve escalated technical issues.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in Quality Assurance, IT Support, or Systems Administration.
- Guaranteed availability to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday) on a 40-hour contract basis.
- Proficiency in scripting languages such as Python, Bash, or PowerShell.
- Strong understanding of SQL and database management systems.
- Excellent problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or equivalent work experience.
