Responsibilities
- Provide remote and on-site technical support for hardware, software, and network issues
- Manage and troubleshoot Windows/macOS systems, printers, and mobile devices
- Document all support tickets and resolutions using ServiceNow
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve complex technical escalations
- Conduct system updates, patches, and security maintenance
- Train end-users on new technologies and best practices
- Monitor system performance and implement preventative measures
Qualifications
- 3+ years of hands-on IT support experience
- Proficiency in Windows OS, Active Directory, and networking fundamentals
- CompTIA A+/Network+ certification or equivalent
- Strong troubleshooting skills with hardware and software issues
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision

- Weekend availability (Saturday/Sunday shifts required)
