Responsibilities
- Provide high-level technical support and troubleshooting for hardware, software, and network issues during weekend shifts.
- Monitor system performance and alerts to proactively resolve potential downtime before it affects users.
- Manage and prioritize incoming helpdesk tickets with a focus on rapid resolution and customer satisfaction.
- Document all technical issues, resolutions, and user interactions in the CRM system.
- Collaborate with the on-call engineering team to escalate complex technical anomalies.
- Ensure strict adherence to security protocols and data privacy standards during access hours.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in IT support, helpdesk, or technical operations.
- Proven availability and flexibility to work full weekends (Saturday and Sunday) on a contract basis.
- Strong knowledge of Windows, macOS, and common productivity software (Office 365, Google Workspace).
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills for remote interaction.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Relevant certifications (CompTIA A+, Network+) are a plus.
