Responsibilities
- Provide remote and on-site IT support for hardware/software issues during weekend shifts
- Manage user accounts, permissions, and security protocols across Windows/macOS environments
- Diagnose and resolve network connectivity issues, VPN configurations, and cloud service integrations
- Deploy and maintain cybersecurity measures including antivirus updates and patch management
- Document technical procedures, incident reports, and system configurations
- Collaborate with weekday support teams for seamless cross-shift handovers
- Conduct periodic system audits and preventative maintenance checks
Qualifications
- 3+ years of hands-on IT support experience with weekend shift exposure
- CompTIA A+/Network+ certification or equivalent industry-recognized credentials
- Expert knowledge of Windows 10/11, macOS, and cloud platforms (Azure/O365)
- Proficiency in ticketing systems (ServiceNow, Jira) and remote access tools
- Strong troubleshooting skills for hardware, software, and network issues
- Valid Arizona driver's license for occasional client site visits
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision during off-hours
- Excellent communication skills with technical and non-technical stakeholders
