Responsibilities
- Provide remote and on-site technical support for Windows/macOS systems and enterprise applications
- Diagnose and resolve hardware, network connectivity, and security issues
- Install and configure new equipment including servers, workstations, and peripherals
- Document all incidents, resolutions, and asset changes in ticketing systems
- Collaborate with weekday IT teams for escalated issue resolution
- Conduct routine system maintenance and performance optimization
- Train end-users on new technologies and best practices
Qualifications
- 3+ years of hands-on IT support experience in Windows/Enterprise environments
- CompTIA A+, Network+, or Security+ certification required
- Strong knowledge of Active Directory, Office 365, and cloud services
- Excellent troubleshooting skills with ability to work independently
- Valid Texas driver's license for occasional on-site visits
- Weekend availability (Saturday/Sunday 8 AM - 6 PM)
- Experience with ticketing systems (ServiceNow/Jira preferred)
- Ability to lift 30 lbs for equipment installation/maintenance
