Responsibilities
- Provide Tier 1-2 technical support for hardware, software, and network issues
- Manage service tickets via ticketing system with SLA adherence
- Deploy and configure new workstations and mobile devices
- Conduct system maintenance and security updates during off-peak hours
- Document all IT activities and maintain knowledge base articles
- Collaborate with weekday teams for seamless handovers
- Support hybrid work environments with VPN and remote access solutions
Qualifications
- 3+ years of IT support experience in Windows/macOS environments
- CompTIA A+ or equivalent certification required
- Strong troubleshooting skills for hardware, network, and cloud services
- Experience with ticketing systems (ServiceNow, Jira, or Zendesk)
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Weekend availability (Saturday/Sunday, 8am-5pm)
- Valid California driver's license preferred for equipment transport
