Responsibilities
- Provide Tier 2-3 technical support for hardware/software issues across Windows/macOS environments
- Manage Active Directory, VPN configurations, and cloud services (Azure/O365)
- Deploy and maintain network infrastructure including switches, routers, and firewalls
- Document SOPs and create knowledge base articles for weekend protocols
- Collaborate with weekday teams during handover periods for seamless continuity
- Respond to critical incidents within SLA requirements during weekend shifts
Qualifications
- 3+ years of enterprise IT support experience with weekend shift exposure
- CompTIA Network+/Security+ or equivalent certifications
- Expertise in Windows 10/11, macOS, and virtualization (VMware/Hyper-V)
- Strong scripting skills (PowerShell/Bash) for automation tasks
- Experience with ticketing systems (ServiceNow/Jira) and remote support tools
- Ability to troubleshoot complex network issues independently
- CCNA or equivalent networking certification preferred
