Responsibilities
- Provide remote and on-site technical support for enterprise hardware/software systems during weekend shifts

- Document technical issues and resolutions in ITSM platforms
- Collaborate with weekday teams to ensure seamless transition of support responsibilities
- Monitor system health and proactively address potential security threats
Qualifications
- 3+ years of enterprise IT support experience with Windows/Linux systems
- CompTIA Security+ or equivalent certification required
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS/Azure) and virtualization technologies
- Strong troubleshooting skills for network, storage, and endpoint security
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision during weekend shifts
- Valid California driver's license for occasional on-site visits
- Weekend availability mandatory (Sat/Sun 8AM-6PM)
