Responsibilities
- Provide remote and on-site technical support for hardware, software, and network issues
- Manage user accounts, permissions, and system access protocols
- Install, configure, and maintain desktop/laptop systems and peripherals
- Document incident reports, resolutions, and system changes
- Collaborate with weekday IT teams for seamless continuity
- Monitor system performance and implement security best practices
- Support weekend events with specialized tech setups
Qualifications
- 3+ years of IT support experience in Windows/macOS environments
- CompTIA A+ or equivalent certification required
- Proficiency in network troubleshooting and Active Directory
- Strong customer service skills with ability to communicate technical concepts
- Weekend availability (Saturday/Sunday, 6 AM - 6 PM)
- Experience with ticketing systems (ServiceNow, Jira preferred)
- Valid Arizona driver's license for occasional on-site visits
