Responsibilities
- Provide Tier 1-2 technical support for hardware, software, and network systems
- Diagnose and resolve user issues via phone, chat, and remote access
- Manage system updates, patches, and security protocols
- Document incidents, solutions, and asset configurations
- Collaborate with on-call engineers for complex escalations
- Support 50+ weekend users across government and corporate clients
- Conduct weekly system health checks and preventive maintenance
Qualifications
- 3+ years of IT support experience with Windows/macOS environments
- CompTIA A+ or Network+ certification required
- Strong troubleshooting skills for enterprise applications
- Weekend availability and reliable transportation
- Experience with ServiceNow or similar ticketing systems
- Active Secret clearance preferred (ability to obtain required)
- Proficiency in Microsoft 365 and cloud technologies
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
