Responsibilities
- Provide Tier 2-3 technical support for hardware/software systems including Windows, macOS, and Linux environments
- Manage and troubleshoot network infrastructure including routers, switches, and firewalls
- Execute scheduled system maintenance, updates, and security patches during weekend shifts
- Document technical issues and resolutions using ITSM tools (ServiceNow/Jira)
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams on infrastructure projects and incident resolution
- Monitor system health and proactively address performance bottlenecks
- Support user onboarding and offboarding processes with weekend availability
Qualifications
- 3+ years of hands-on IT support experience with Windows Server 2019/2022 and Active Directory
- CompTIA Network+ or equivalent networking certification required
- Strong proficiency in cloud platforms (AWS/Azure) and SaaS applications
- Experience with virtualization technologies (VMware/Hyper-V)
- Ability to work independently and make critical decisions during off-hours
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills for technical documentation
- Valid Washington State driver's license for occasional equipment transport
- Must be available Saturdays and Sundays (8am-5pm) with occasional holiday coverage
