- Collaborate with cross-functional teams during after-hours system implementations
- Conduct user training sessions for weekend staff on new technologies
- Monitor system performance and proactively address potential disruptions
- Adhere to strict SLAs and compliance standards for all client interactions
Qualifications
- 3+ years of IT support experience with weekend or shift work background
- CompTIA A+/Network+ certification or equivalent technical expertise
- Proficiency in Windows OS, Active Directory, and cloud platforms (AWS/Azure)
- Strong diagnostic skills for hardware, software, and network troubleshooting
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Valid Indiana driver's license for occasional client site visits
