Responsibilities
- Provide Tier 2/3 technical support for Windows/macOS systems and cloud platforms
- Resolve network, hardware, and software issues via remote and on-site assistance
- Manage Active Directory, Azure AD, and O365 environments
- Document incidents, changes, and knowledge base articles
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams during weekend deployments
- Conduct system maintenance and security updates
- Maintain SLA compliance for weekend support requests
Qualifications
- 3+ years of IT support experience with weekend shift exposure
- CompTIA Network+ or Microsoft Azure certification required
- Proficiency in SCCM, PowerShell scripting, and VPN technologies
- Strong troubleshooting skills for enterprise systems
- Excellent communication and customer service abilities
- Experience with ticketing systems (ServiceNow/Jira)
