- Collaborate with remote teams during off-hours emergencies
- Provide user training for enterprise applications
- Monitor system performance via dashboards and alerts
Qualifications
- 3+ years of IT support experience with weekend shift exposure
- CompTIA Network+ or equivalent certification
- Proficiency in Active Directory, VPNs, and endpoint protection
- Strong troubleshooting skills for SaaS integrations
- Experience with ticketing systems (ServiceNow/Jira)
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Valid California driver's license for occasional on-site visits
