- Monitor server health, network traffic, and security protocols to prevent downtime.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deploy new features and resolve critical incidents.
- Document all maintenance activities and troubleshooting procedures for audit trails.
- Ensure compliance with company IT policies and data security standards.
Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years of experience in IT support or systems administration.
- Proven availability to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday) consistently.
- Strong proficiency in Linux, Windows Server, and Cloud platforms (AWS/Azure).
- Experience with SQL and scripting languages (Python/Bash) is a plus.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot independently.
