Responsibilities
- Provide Tier 2-3 technical support for Windows/macOS systems, networking hardware, and cloud services
- Monitor and maintain server infrastructure during weekend operations
- Resolve complex software/hardware issues with minimal supervision
- Document incident reports and maintain knowledge base articles
- Collaborate with on-call engineers during critical outages
- Execute scheduled maintenance tasks during low-traffic periods
- Conduct security audits and system health checks
Qualifications
- 3+ years of enterprise IT support experience
- CompTIA Network+ or AWS Certified Cloud Practitioner certification
- Proficiency in Active Directory, SCCM, and Jira
- Strong troubleshooting skills for Windows Server 2019+
- Experience with virtualization (VMware/Hyper-V)
- Ability to work independently during off-hours
- Valid Massachusetts driver's license (client site visits required)
- Weekend availability (Saturday/Sunday 7am-3pm)
