Responsibilities
- Provide remote and on-site technical support for hardware, software, and network systems
- Troubleshoot and resolve IT issues across Windows, macOS, and Linux environments
- Manage user accounts, permissions, and security protocols
- Install, configure, and maintain servers and networking equipment
- Document incidents, solutions, and asset management in ITSM systems
- Collaborate with weekday teams for seamless handover of issues
- Conduct system backups and disaster recovery checks
Qualifications
- 3+ years of hands-on IT support experience
- CompTIA A+, Network+, or Security+ certification required
- Proficiency in Active Directory, VPN, and cloud services (AWS/Azure)
- Strong troubleshooting skills for hardware and software issues
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Valid Texas driver's license for occasional on-site visits
- Experience with ticketing systems (Jira, ServiceNow)
